INTRODUCTION

I was born in Osaka,I grew up in Osaka.

I had been in Australia to live and work between 1990 to 1993 and 2002 to 2004.

I had been with social people in Australia.

I had no Japanese around me while I had been in Australia.

So I can tell you how it is easy to cook Japanese foods for Westerners from my experience.

I had experience teaching cooking Japanese home dishes  in Australia in 1991 to 1992 and 2002 to 2004.

I went to the Cooking School for Professionals for 1year in Osaka in Japan in 2000.

I have experience making Teuchi soba (hand made Sobanoodle) at a Sobanoodle restaurant in Kita-shinchi Osaka in Japan.

I started Japanese cooking by my self when  I was 7years old.

when I was 12 years old,I cooked japanese home style dishes+japanese sweets+europian style sweets(it was more populer than japanese sweets in Japan).

My mother was very good cook,everyone enjoyed her cooking.

My father eats only WASYOKU(Japanese foods) and a marbled beef steak.my Father was an independent enterprise.the person of the industry calls father's technology KAMIWAZA. KAMI=shinto God, WAZA=technology. Kamiwaza=miracle. now he retire.

My younger sister is a dietitian.She loves eating.

My younger brother is a care worker.He takes care of old people.

My grand father shred Katsuo-bushi every day.He was the Chief priest of the shrine afer he retire from a headteacher.He was strict.

My grand mother grows the tomato for me every year.They are very tasty.She was the teacher also.she know lots of things and manners.She had the license for the tea-ceremony and the flower arrangement and the calligraphy.I should learn from her.

I didn't have any problem about japanese home style cooking while I had been in Australia.I can teach you how arrange to cook in your own country.
